It’s 2025 and we have puppies in training. There is usually a waitlist for assistance dogs in training, but we do have a couple opportunities to adopt pets listed down below.
Delivery is available for a reasonable fee right to your front door by one of our trainers in the contiguous United States, or you can come to one of our kennels in San Diego, CA or Nacogdoches, TX.

GOLDEN RETRIEVERS: We are currently expecting a large litter (x-ray shows 9 babies) of Golden Retrievers (white to medium-gold) who will be ready to go home as socialized and crate-trained 9-week-old puppies in early July 2025. We will only be adopting a limited number of pups out as pets so be sure to text (619-888-2268) or email katie@littleangelssd.org for information on joining our waitlist. As with all of our litters, the breeding lines are OFA certified for healthy hips, elbows, heart, and eyes, as well as DNA tested to rule out major genetic conditions. Pups come with the option for a 3-year health guarantee. All adoptions always include training education with a book, videos, and podcasts written and recorded by our trainers. Delivery available to your doorstep across the contiguous U.S. for a reasonable fee, directly from one of our trainers, or our Golden Retrievers are available out of Nacogdoches, TX.
LABRADOR RETRIEVERS: We currently have a litter of Yellow Labrador Retriever pups available at our San Diego, CA kennel. A limited number of these pups are available as pets for an adoption fee starting at $4,000 which includes crate training and all the regular bells and whistles based on their age range at adoption. The other siblings are already in assistance dog training. As with all of our litters, they were raised from 2-days-old with early neurological stimulation. Angel Retrievers has 3 English Cream Golden Retriever females available for adoption into Guardian Homes.
Guardian Homes are individuals or families who wish to receive a FREE trained dog from our program, in exchange for providing a loving, caring environment. The Guardian Home adopts the dog into their home as a member of their family and will take their dog to breeding appointments at the veterinarian or our kennel. The Guardian Home cares for the dog while she is pregnant and may choose to either raise the puppies themselves, or to return the dog to our ranch for a few weeks while the puppies are born and raised.
If the Guardian Home chooses to raise the puppies in their own home, Angel Retrievers will financially reimburse them for their time and expenses.
